How do I set up a claim with my insurance company?
Most insurance companies use a billing service. If you call the claims phone number on you insurance card and you prompt through with no other damage to your vehicle except for glass, you will be routed to a billing service who will give you an option on which shop to use. Pick a shop and the billing service will call the shop and you and the shop will make the appointment.

What is my deductible?
Your deductible is the amount you are responsible for. Any amount over your deductible your insurance company pays. Your deductible is set when you bought your insurance. Your agent, the billing service, and your paper work can tell you what your deductible is.

Do I have to pay my deductible?
Most likely. We can try to waive your deductible if you ask me to. It depends on which insurance company you have and what kind of car you own.

Will this affect my rates?
Absolutely not. Comprehensive claims are a no fault claim. It is a California state law that says an insurance company may not raise your rates or drop you as a customer due to a comprehensive claim. We also advise you to call your agent or insurance company to verify this.
